Bulk or institutional orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any costs incurred toward processing, packaging, or logistics before cancellation may be deducted from the refund amount.
SOHAM reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including:

Payment failure or verification issues
Suspicion of fraudulent activity
Incomplete or incorrect delivery address
In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund (if payment was received) will be processed.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
Transaction or convenience charges, if any, may be non-refundable.
